Transitions 2025 Spring Break Camp

For Ages 12-17 | Hands-On Learning | Real-World Skills

Give your teen a spring break that sets them up for success! Instead of spending the week scrolling or sleeping in, they can gain essential life skills, explore career paths, and build confidence for the future—all in an engaging, supportive environment.

Our Spring Break Career Camp is designed to help students explore career options, develop financial literacy, and strengthen emotional intelligence, all while reinforcing core academic subjects. Through hands-on activities, personality assessments, and interactive projects, teens will walk away with a career portfolio, a personal budget plan, and a roadmap for their future.

This isn’t a boring classroom experience—it’s a dynamic, interactive program where teens will engage in real-world problem-solving, group discussions, and fun challenges that make learning meaningful.

Career Exploration – Discover different career paths, take personality tests, and find the best fit for their skills and interests.

Smart Budgeting – Learn real-world money management, from setting up a budget to understanding income and expenses.

Career Portfolio Development – Create a resume, cover letter, and career plan that can be used for internships, jobs, or college applications.

Emotional Intelligence & Leadership – Develop skills in self-awareness, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork—essential for success in any career.

Core Subject Integration – Strengthen math, English, science, and social studies through hands-on, real-life applications.

Interactive & Fun Activities – No boring lectures here! Teens will participate in hands-on challenges, group projects, and engaging discussions that make learning enjoyable.

Costs:

Camp is $325 for families new to 360 Citizens and $275 for returning families. Siblings receive a 15% discount. Once registered, you will receive an invoice for payment and registration forms.

Location:

Camp will be located in Norfolk or Virginia Beach, VA with location to be announced no later than March 24, 2025.

10:00 – 10:30 Wandering Welcome
10:30 – 11:00 Language Arts
11:00 – 11:30 Math
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch Break
12:30 – 1:00 Transition
1:00 – 3:00 Career Exploration
3:00 – 4:00 Open Discussion

Note: Schedule may change without notice aside from opening and closing hours

Supplies and General Policies:

Campers should bring lunch, snacks, and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Campers may bring their electronic devices with the understanding that they will be asked to put them away during certain segments. A parent/caregiver or authorized person must sign campers in and out of the program.
